I’m kind of obsessed with doing things that make sense. Not perfection. Just clarity, efficiency, and results that actually work.

I love traveling and meeting new cultures. I’ve lived in Portugal, Malta, and Colombia, and I speak four languages:
I started with coding.
But pretty quickly I realized something:
it’s not just about building things, it’s about how people use them.
That’s where layout, structure, and user experience started to matter more to me than pure code.
Before this, I did a bit of everything, anti-fraud agent, tour leader… different paths, but all of them taught me how people behave, decide, and interact.
I moved toward WordPress and Elementor because they’re flexible, efficient, and allow me to focus on what really matters: solving problems.
I joined Webtec in early 2021 as a designer.
Over time, I moved into senior roles, then into production leadership and today I cover the position of Head of Production, Design & QA.
I onboard new designers, create training resources, and make sure projects move forward without unnecessary friction.
It’s not a one-way process — I teach, but I also learn from the team every day.
I’ve worked with teams of up to 30 designers, and my role is simple in theory (less simple in reality):
Ensure quality stays high
Keep production efficient
Train and support designers
Build systems that actually work
Built a system that helps designers grow, not just deliver.
Things don’t always go as planned. Actually, they rarely do. Being flexible and ready to adapt is everything.
From managing teams: It’s not just about leading, it’s about listening. It’s a constant exchange.
From clients: Understanding their real goal is more important than any tool or technique.
From mistakes: I’ve learned the most. Not every project succeeds, but not learning from it is the real failure.
Every client is different. I start by listening and understanding what they need, what they think they need, and what’s actually missing.
I don’t like unnecessary back-and-forth or direction without context. Suggestions are always welcome, but clarity is what makes projects move forward. My job is to guide the process so things don’t turn into endless revisions.
Everything revolves around making things simpler, clearer, and more effective.
Tools are just tools. The thinking behind them is what makes the difference.
